Taking medication for depression and anxiety is good but it's not the only thing you should be doing to find freedom.

Talking Points:

  • The secular culture has an incomplete understanding of the human being. The Bible teaches that we aren’t simply biological beings – we have a spiritual side, too. Mark 12:30
  • Sin has broken every part of us – spiritually, biologically and more. The good news is God cares about every part of us – spiritually, biologically and more. Genesis 3:1-7, Philippians 4:19
  • Medication can be helpful for addressing the biological side of depression. They can create space for a person to deal with the other side of dysfunction – spiritually, emotionally, and more.
