Let's rally! Connect every month with mentors and small group leaders at your church for prayer, vision-casting, encouragement, training, and connection.

Talking Points:

  • The mentor rally gives you the chance to re-cast the vision for disciple-making at your church. It also gives you the opportunity the emphasize milestones.
  • The rally lets you encourage your disciple-makers to stay in the game. Mentoring can be difficult, especially for new leaders.
  • The rally provides a great place for ongoing training. Choose a training topic that scratches the itch.
  • The rally is a place to make handoffs. Give your connections leader a chance to share about new mentor requests.
