Jesus and the White Horse

We’re talking about a cool dream that the apostle John had about Jesus. John was one of Jesus’ early disciples and Jesus’ best friend. God would communicate important things in dreams or visions to special people and John was one of those. In fact, the last book of the Bible is called Revelation and the book is full of dreams that showed what will happen in the future. In one dream, John saw was Jesus on a white horse. The point of the dream was to show that Jesus was coming back to win the final battle. He came once to rescue us from sin by dying on the cross but he is returning, again, to bring those who love him to heaven. In the dream, Jesus is wearing a robe with the title “King of Kings” and “Lord of Lords”. You know why? Because Jesus is THE King and Jesus is THE Lord. There is no-one like him because he is God. He already won one battle when he came to die on the cross to save us from sin. But, he’ll come again to take those who love him to heaven.
