Psalm 34 is a song of David that shows us how to stop running and face our biggest fears in life.

- When you’re afraid, tell yourself to praise God. (Psalm 34:1.)
- When you’re afraid, don’t be afraid to admit it. (Psalm 34:4-6.)
- When you’re afraid, run to God for refuge. (Psalm 34:8.)
