One of the main struggles you will face as a worship team leader or member is being up on the stage for the right reasons. You will constantly have to check your heart to see what your motivation is for being on a worship team. If your motivation is to showcase your talents and receive praise from the people in your congregation, you are a performer, not a worship leader.
