  • Tip #1: Quit over-stimulating your brain. With technology, we’re constantly confronted with the news or feeling pressure from social media. 
  • Tip #2: Build a rhythm of solitude. Get out in nature to find peace and make room for prayer and Bible reading. Mark 1:35
  • Tip #3: Let go of control. Anxiety is about fear of the future but God tells us not to worry about tomorrow. Philippians 4:6-7, Matthew 6:31-33
  • Tip #4: Deal with a lingering sin. If we’re in bondage to something, we need to bring it to God and repent. 1 John 1:9
  • Tip #5: Take advantage of God’s natural remedies. God has provided natural herbs that are meant to help us so use them!
